m2d2 is a brand character – an avatar for mquadr.at Internet-software that represents our expertise in the high-tech sector. He is clearly recognisable as a robot with human-like features. This way he is an embodiment of his purpose: the representation of complicated technology in a form that humans can grasp.
Images with m2d2 replace descriptions. A picture, after all, is worth a thousand words.
m2d2 represents software and technology
It is not always easy to explain the functionality of our software products simply and concisely. Pictures and animated sequences with cables, modems, routers, computers and programs do not always convey what we do. This is why we introduced a stand-in for our software. Something that is able to represent complex technology in an understandable way. m2d2 is up to this challenge.
