London, 09/07/2010 - yesterday the "ISPA UK Internet Awards 2010" were given out in front of numerous special guests, as well as almost the entire British Internet industry. There are now awards in 10 different categories for firms, which provide products and solutions that are as highly innovative as they are customer orientated. This year's winners include well-known British providers such as Be Broadband, Childnet, Claranet, Cybermoor, Freedom 4WIFI, Gradwell, Namesco, NewNet and Orange.

In 1999 ISPA UK (Internet Services Providers' Association United Kingdom) awarded the first national ISPAs to the best enterprises in the country. Since that year the Internet Industry Awards have been presented every year to the best performing companies in IT in order to boost innovation and to recognise well established businesses. To provide ISPs with detailed information about their customers as well as their use of software, mquadr.at has offered a reporting feature all along. However our products were modified and offer now a lot more features which are particularly interesting for ISPs. So a completely new statistic platform designed in the usual blue mquadr.at style is online available since midyear 2009.

mquadr.at creates a new "Quick Help 3.0" for Swisscom AG Switzerland
m2selfrepair including RIS (Realtime Intelligent Selfrepair) is currently adjusted to a comprehensive remote-support solution for Swiss Internet Service provider Swisscom. This tool fixes the most common Internet, WiFi and e-mail problems automatically and will be available to Swisscom customers this November.

More than e-mail thanks to Google
Since the E-mail solution in place at sunrise needed a lot of resources and did not offer full security against SPAM, sunrise decided to transfer its E-mail solution to Google Apps. For sunrise customers a software from mquadr.at was used, to help with the change of settings needed for the new solution. mquadr.at's application made sure all settings were changed automatically ensuring that sunrise customers did not need to make any changes of settings manually and therefore could use the new platform with the click of a mouse.
