Professional Software Testing

mquadr.at additionally offers testing services. All software releases are intensively tested by a company specialised in software testing (incl. functional tests, bug reporting, etc.). This service can also be offered on-site at the respective branch office of the ISP.

Set up of a knowledge database

mquadr.at also offers to set up a knowledge database. Based on the information of the m2selfrepair diagnosis and error codes mquadr.at can set up a complete "knowledge database" for the ISP. With this knowledge database, a call center agent can easily enter the error code given to him by a customer and will immediately receive a description of the error. A step by step instruction of how to solve the error can be included as well. The knowledge database will be set up on the same xml interface that is also in use at the call center and can therefore be updated in both ways.

m2shareware offers shareware and freeware for private customers. As an example PASSyourself supports you in organising all Microsoft® e-mail account passwords for MS Outlook Express, MS Outlook and Windows Mail. PASSyourself is available in a full-featured version as well as in a basic version.
