m2animate is a software module that uses photorealistic animations to demonstrate the correct wiring of all internet-related hardware. 'Because a picture is worth more than a thousand words.'

Step by step, consumers are guided through the wiring process for all hardware components provided by the ISP:
  • modems
  • routers
  • splitters
  • multimedia boxes
  • phones
  • etc.

100% compatible and very versatile

All m2animate animations and images can be integrated in any mquadr.at application software as stand-alone modules. They also can be used as training material or as a practical add-on for online help, FAQs, etc.

m2animate adds distinctive value to the mquadr.at installation, configuration and repair software by helping to avoid a large number of errors/problems that cannot be repaired/solved automatically – errors/problems that occur 'outside' the end user’s computer. In addition, m2animate is the ideal (illustrative) material for ISPs; it can be used internally (e.g., for employee training) or externally (e.g., within online help sections).

mquadr.at creates all visualisations, storyboards, process flows and images. All the ISP has to do is to provide the hardware – the rest is done by mquadr.at 'in house'.

Animations can be delivered in any format (flash, etc.) – a special flash player is also included. So, no additional plug-ins are needed.

100% customised according to ISP requirements

All 3D/2D animations are based on photorealistic images of the hardware provided by the ISP and used in the field. So, the hardware will be recognised instantly by the consumers.

m2animate displays all ISP-specific hardware components accurately – this prevents any error or confusion on the end customer side. With m2animate, consumers can’t go wrong!

m2animate helps consumers to help themselves

With m2animate, consumers can’t do wrong: all steps of the wiring process – from the electrical wiring to the connections between the hardware components themselves – are explained thoroughly and in chronological order.

In addition, the software monitors the wiring process in the background, displaying missing or incorrect steps.
This relieves ISP customer support considerably: either customer support will not be contacted by the consumer at all, or problems that have occurred can be solved quickly and efficiently together with the support agent, who sees the same interface as the consumer. Plus, there’s no longer any need for costly manuals.
