Covid-19: we continue working

Dear customer!

The developments regarding COVID-19 are coming and changing in quick succession. This situation is new for all of us in our personal lives as well as our professional lives. We are trying our best to master this challenge together and to also help you care for your customers in the best possible way. Because in the current situation, IT and telecommunications products and services are more important than ever. Especially when it comes to home office, the important topics are Internet and smooth operation of all devices in the home network. This is where our solutions can provide the ideal support, as they reduce the need for on-site technicians and, as a result, contacts in general.

For the first time, the majority of employees is working from home in order to protect everyone’s health, to follow the guidelines of the Austrian government, and, most importantly, to contain the spread of the virus. This has no impact on the realisation of our projects, since we’ve been working with net meetings and teleconference tools for a long time. Now we simply continue working with these from home. All our divisions are available and in action, and we will fulfill our SLAs, of course.

Our employees can be reached as usual: via email and also via phone between 9:00 and 16:00. Our switchboard is unstaffed, but you can reach our employees using their direct diallings (you can also find those in the footer of all our emails). As a result, we continue to be on duty for you and hope that our solutions can make a small contribution to bridging this phase and helping people stay healthy.
