Telekom Austria Group launches 'abroadband' based on m2connectionmanager

The Telekom Austria Group meets the increasing need for mobile broadband internet that can be accessed world wide. From now, with ‘abroadband’ ( www.abroadband.com ), there is a product that makes easy, and above all fast, mobile surfing possible in more than 50 countries. And the price is a uniform 59 cents/MB – which is a saving of up to 80% on current roaming fees.

An important element of the technology used for this by Telekom Austria is m2connectionmanager, the multi-mode connection manager developed by mquadr.at, which ensures problem-free internet connection from the client’s computer as well as simple management of the internet connection and all the required data (use, cost, etc.). As with all mquadr.at software, no special technical knowledge is required from the user. This is a plug and play application that functions both on laptops and netbooks. Roaming is – of course – permanently on, and for manual network selection only networks where the appropriate roaming agreement exists are shown.

Additionally, as soon as ‘abroadband’ connection manager is used for one Telekom Austria Group SIM card, it is also enabled for any other SIM cards (without restriction).
The customer can contact the customer side of ‘abroadband’ with queries at any time, via dedicated links.

With ‘abroadband’ we will in the future no longer be dependant on local Internet provision, we will be able to access familiar features and interfaces at any time and avoid unnecessary security risks. With people’s increasing mobility, in both their private and business lives, comprehensive and customer-friendly roaming solutions like these are decisive.
With ‘abroadband’ connection manager mquadr.at provides decisive support for these needs.
