Broadband World Forum 2012 (Amsterdam, 16-18 October) – mquadr.at CEO speaking
“How to Achieve 360° Customer Support” is the title of our speaking presentation at this year’s Broadband World
Forum held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The presentation is part of the panel on “Boosting the Customer Experience”,
which will close with an interesting discussion on the topic “Improving Customer Engagement and Increasing Brand
Value”.
We will share some of our expertise in the field of customer care and customer support as the leading European
manufacturer of consumer Internet software for ISPs. While many support projects are far reaching, we will talk about
ways of extending customer support even further and at the same time reducing related costs.
How to Achieve 360° Customer Support:
- By reaching all customers with self-care applications in the home network:
- Leading to reduction of customer acquisition and support costs.
- Increasing customer satisfaction and trust in the brand.
We present individual case studies of customer support initiatives for key Internet Service Providers.
