Connectivity matters: mquadr.at at Broadband World Forum 2013

Our newly designed products will be the highlights of » our presences at the most important trade show for Internet Service Providers and telcos: Broadband World Forum 2013 (BBWF) 22-24 October 2013. You can find us at stand F22 in the RAI Convention Centre in Amsterdam.

Designing the products for the Internet of tomorrow

Our product design team is busy putting the finishing touches to new products that fit seamlessly into our existing portfolio and into the challenging environment tomorrow’s Internet will bring. All new products have passed prototyping and will be unveiled by the end of summer. We can tell you this much: convergence of mobile, fixed-line and the cloud are central to our new products. A redesigned m2suite will play an important part of our live use case demonstrations. A dynamic interface and easy access to all self-care tools and Internet services make m2suite standout.

Solutions for Internet Service Providers

BBWF is the place telecommunications companies come to find solutions and ideas to deal with arising challenges, among them OTT services and mobile data. Customer Experience and User Experience remain very important topics, as they can make the difference when fighting over subscribers. In addition, there is one underlying theme that is always relevant to telcos: reducing expenditure. However, in today’s competitive environment reducing expenditure at the cost of service quality and customer experience is no longer an option. ISPs need to do two things simultaneously - improve Customer Experience and reduce support costs.

ISPs need to do two things simultaneously – improve Customer Experience and reduce support costs.

The messages of last year’s speaker presentation still hold true. You can watch a video of the presentation below. There we outline how ISPs can improve Customer Experience and reduce Customer Support costs at the same time – by utilising self-service software for consumer PCs. We have included multiple examples of our case studies for A1 Telekom Austria , Swisscom and KPN , based on our products m2webalizer , m2selfrepair und m2wlan .

At our new stand you will find live presentations of our self-care products for Internet Service Providers and we will be there to meet partners and interested parties.
