ANGA COM 2016 – Self-care features for a better home network
The self-service solutions by mquadr.at provide ISP-customers with targeted help when setting up and configuring
their home network. This way, they create an optimal service impression from the beginning and reduce support calls at
the same time.
The Initial Internet Setup supports a quick implementation of a new broadband product. The
customers receive targeted help with the setup of Internet and Wi-Fi, the maintenance of e-mail accounts and the
selection and configuration of web browsers.
The Home Network Connectivity Guide helps with the right cabling of devices (e.g.
PlayStation, Xbox, Smart TV, Laptop, etc.).
With the Powerlan feature a fast and stable Internet can be expanded easily to additional rooms in
the house. Via the interactive Powerlan widget in the m2suite the customers can at any time view the performance of
their Powerlan network and directly carry out configurations.
The next opportunity to see these features live in action is at ANGA COM 2016 in Cologne, Germany. We will be there
June 7-9 and will show how our software solutions for desktops and mobile devices perfectly complement ISPs’ customer
services (helpdesk, service technician support, ISP customer portal, etc.) as well as contribute to an optimal customer
support.
