All modem data at a glance

Using the modem widget, customers are provided with an interactive display of the most important settings of their modem. This means that information such as the online status, available bandwidth, condition of the line or sim card (using LTE or hybrid modems) as well as Wi-Fi data are immediately visible. Moreover, this information changes dynamically, depending on the modem used, i.e. Internet technology.

Secure and manage Wi-Fi access

Using m2suite home, all relevant Wi-Fi data (e.g. password, Wi-Fi name or encryption) is not only displayed but ready to be changed whenever the user wishes to do so. By changing the data, a security check of the desired Wi-Fi data is performed. Additionally, the user can set up a separate Wi-Fi access for guests, which can be activated/deactivated when necessary (incl. share function).

To guarantee smooth modem control, m2suite home supports various modem protocols: for the home network via TR-064, HiLink, RESTFul API or JSON and on the server side via “Device Management Plattform” (ACS / TR-069) using special micro services. Depending on the interface, m2suite home can be expanded with individual modem features.
